Are you right handed or left handed?
Right
What features does this gun have that appealed to you?
This gun is small and easy to conceal, but big enough to shoot without a ton of recoil. It is easy to rack and simple to take apart for cleaning.
Tell us about shooting this gun:
Shooting this gun is a ton of fun.
How does it fit your hand, how do you like the sights, how difficult is it to rack the slide, how would you describe the trigger pull, and how would you describe the recoil?
This gun has a smaller grip than other Glocks ( my husband has a 19). It fits my hand well. I especially like the clip that has the extension on it. It is perfect to rest my pinky, although they could have added an extra round there instead of just wasted space. The slide is easy to rack, easier than most other guns I tried as I was shopping. I like the sights because they are easily visible. I am getting to where I need glasses to see up close, but have no problem seeing the sights. The trigger pull is light, but not so light that you don’t think about pulling it. There is some recoil, but it is easily controlled by a correct grip.
How reliable is it?
This is a new gun to me but I have probably fired 1000 rounds through without any problem.
Does this gun have any specific ammunition requirements? If so, please explain:
9mm Luger are easy to get and relatively inexpensive to purchase.
What do you dislike about shooting this gun, if anything?
I wish the clip was bigger. 6 rounds shoots fast, and in a self defense situation it would be nice to have more rounds.
Was it easy to take down and clean?
It is very easy to take down and clean.
Would you recommend this gun?
Yes
For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?
Don’t be afraid to try a semi auto. My first gun was a revolver, but I like this so much better.
Anything else you would like to share about the gun?
It is much easier to find holsters to fit this gun. It fits nicely in a pocket or in the waistband, but is easily carried in a purse too. It is not so heavy that you feel you are lugging it around, but heavy enough to know you are carrying. I carry this gun every day.

Michelle, glockstore.com sells magazine extensions for the 43, which can increase the capacity. I installed one on mine & like it very much.
What did it increase the capacity to?
