What features does this gun have that appealed to you?
There are so many more options for customizing a Glock to make it more useful, more fun, more you. Magazines come in several different capacities. Also you can change out barrels to other calipers giving you even more options. Buy a rifle kit, night sights, different backplates, different custom magazine plates, all sorts of holsters, you can’t imagine imagine what all you can purchase accessory wise for a Glock.
Tell us about shooting this gun:
This gun shoots very smooth, weight is nice for both shoot and carrying, hardly any recoil, feels good in my hand.
How does it fit your hand, how do you like the sights, how difficult is it to rack the slide, how would you describe the trigger pull, and how would you describe the recoil?
I do not like factory sights and would recommend changing those out first off. I have night sights on mine. Trigger pull is smooth.
How reliable is it?
This gun is extremely accurate as are all Glocks.
Any problems with any type of ammunition?
No problems with any ammunition except the cheapest aluminum cased which on occasion does jam.
Does this gun have any specific ammunition requirements? If so, please explain:
No.
What do you dislike about shooting this gun, if anything?
The only thing I do dislike about this gun is no exterior safety.
Was it easy to take down and clean?
Very easy to take down and clean. Comes apart in a seconds, different caliber barrels can be switched easily and very quickly just dropped in.
Would you recommend this gun?
Yes.
For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?
Understand that without an exterior safety, having this gun chambered requires it to really be in a good holster that protects the trigger. One cannot just chamber a round and toss it into a purse.
Anything else you would like to share about the gun?
I would buy this gun over and over again. I have a 9mm barrel for it so I have additional magazine capacities of 10, 15, 17, and 33 rounds of 9mm. You can also buy 50 or 100 round magazine drums which look awesome but heavy to actually handle. Again the accessories to a Glock are just about unlimited.
