Protecting the trigger from negligent discharge is foundational for all concealed carriers. It is critical that the fabric or material holstering your firearm is reinforced to prevent your finger from accidentally entering the trigger guard area where you could depress the trigger inadvertantly.

For the extra trigger protection you need  when carrying in a soft holster, our new Trigger Shield does the job. A model specific kydex insert slides into your soft holster and attaches with Velcro (provided) for the ultimate in trigger protection.

It gets the job done in terms of preventing accidental manipulation of trigger through the soft holster (I use TWAW Breathable Belly Band and a Fancy Pants Holster).

However it doesn’t help with reholstering and the adhesive backing of the velcro isn’t very good so the kydex tried to come up during draw once which isn’t safe, you would have to sew the velcro pad to the holster to prevent that.

It’s a shame that I missed the return window because I don’t like it and I am not using it. I need a full kydex sleeve for my gun so I can also reholster easily.
