My name is Jen O'Hara and I am the co-founder and CEO of Girls with Guns Clothing. I have been volunteering my time teaching and instructing youth and women new to firearms for almost 10 years. It's been a passion of mine that I recently made official by doing Ladies Only classes in Northern California in conjunction with Northern Firearms Instruction. I was frustrated at hearing so many women leave their CCW classes and still not feel confident to carry their firearm. My classes are typically two days long and teach a woman the Basics of Pistol handling and shooting on day one and they will be able to qualify for their CCW on day two. The two-day course not only fulfills requirements for the CCW Permit, but it also gives new shooters the confidence to leave the classroom on Sunday and carry their firearms.
