Model: Sig Sauer P239
Sig Sauer P239 Usage & Features
Are you right handed or left handed?
What features does this gun have that appealed to you?
Great grip for medium to small hands. Trigger pull is perfect. Very smooth. 8 round magazines.
Tell us about shooting this gun:
Not a big kick smooth trigger release and ready again for next shot. The first round is double action and then the remaining shots are single action.
How does it fit your hand, how do you like the sights, how difficult is it to rack the slide, how would you describe the trigger pull, and how would you describe the recoil?
Again, the Sig Sauer P239 is great for medium to small hands. Not very heavy. Great grips. Brand new gun so I expected the racking to be a little hard. Should loosen up a little after use but not bad right now. Kick was small and i was able to line quickly up for second shot. Sights are white dots and are reliable.
How reliable is it?
Only shot 100 rounds through it but no misfires.
What do you dislike about shooting this gun, if anything?
Nothing at this time.
Was it easy to take down and clean?
Yes, the Sig Sauer P239 is simple break down. Just a couple items to clean. Took about 20 minutes.
Would you recommend this gun?
For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?
Rent any gun first and shoot it a couple times. I purchased two other concealed weapon guns that were recommended to me but after I shot them a couple times realized they just weren’t perfect for me.
