Primary Use

Concealed Carry

Are you right or left-handed?

Right Handed

What features does this gun have that appealed to you?

I love the size of this gun. The beavertail length makes for a better grip. The weight of it is pretty light as well and very easy to conceal.

Tell us about shooting this gun.

The P365 XL is so much fun to shoot. It is easy to handle and easy to reload. Racking it is super easy so it might be worth a shot if racking is hard to do due to arthritis. The trigger pull on it is short compared to some of my other guns, but that made it easier to shoot it. Just make sure your thumbs don’t move while shooting and you have a good grip on the gun.

How would you describe the recoil, is it manageable?

Very manageable.

How does it fit your hand, are the controls of this gun easy to use? (Safeties, slide pull, magazine release, trigger pull, etc.)

I like the feel of how it hits in my hand. The grip is great, the magazine release is in just the right spot, trigger pull is very easy. There are no safeties on this gun which I love. I don’t have to spend the time figuring out is the safety off when every second count.

Do you like the sights on this gun?

Yes, they are larger then the sights I have seen on other subcompacts.

How reliable is it?

Any problems with any type of ammunition?

Was it easy to take down and clean?

It took me a minute to figure out the slide release, but the book gives you easy step by step instructions.

Is there anything you dislike about shooting this gun?

For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?

This is a very fun easy to shoot gun. You will love it. Even my husband loved it.

Would you recommend this gun? If no, do you have a preferred gun?

I bought the 365XL last year and love it! I have small hands and the grip is contoured so it fits like a glove. Recoil is manageable, have a firm grip on grip to control recoil. I like the flat trigger too. Pull slowly back and easily feel the reset. I got my CCW (California concealed weapon permit) with the 365XL and carry most days. Very easy to conceal as well. Overall, a great little firearm for anyone with small hands, or issues with strength in their hands. This gun is easy.

Hi there I’m looking for a holster for conceal carry. I have a sig p365 xl and I usually just carry it in my waist band but I’d like to actually carry it in a holster. I don’t like the purses or anything else I’d like it to be easy to take out yet not look bulky when I’m wearing an outfit. Thanks!

I purchased the Slim Carry Kydex holster for my
P365 and I’m waiting for it to come. I read up ALOT on holsters and this one sounded the best for my needs. I can certainly contact you and let you know how it is when I get it….

I just bought mine on Thursday for EDC. I only shot is for a short period the previous Tuesday but liked it a lot. Looking forward to learning more and becoming more comfortable with it to better protect myself and my family.

Do you prefer this to the glock 19 gen 4? I am very new to pistols and trying to decide which is best for me. I have seen so many videos and reviews on how the Glock 19 gen 4 is the best for women with less recoil than other guns. I am looking for one I can conceal. What are your suggestions??
