Beavertail and the ablity to change from .22 caliber to .40 caliber without changing accuracy.

Shooting the Sig Sauer P226 was a pleasant experience.

How does it fit your hand, how do you like the sights, how difficult is it to rack the slide, how would you describe the trigger pull, and how would you describe the recoil?

The Sig Sauer P226 fits perfectly in my hand. The beavertail protects my thumb webbing. Sight are very clear and racking the slide was not a problem. Trigger pull was average and recoil was minimal.

How reliable is it?

Extremely.

Any problems with any type of ammunition?

Using brick ammunition with no problems.

Does this gun have any specific ammunition requirements? If so, please explain:

Bulk ammunition not recommended.

What do you dislike about shooting this gun, if anything?

Nothing.

Was it easy to take down and clean?

Very.
