Anything else you would like to share about the gun?
Not ideal for self defense but this gun is better than no gun.
I am an NRA pistol instructor and I instruct far more ladies than men.
I purchased the 317 aluminum as well as the M&P EZ n .380. These r great little guns n a well placed shot will drop any bad guy. I have had 7 ladies as to date purchase the EZ at about half the price of the 317. I would always rather see ladies carry a 9mm but the ability to rack the slide, handle the increased recoil and place shots accurately is always a concern under pressure. The simplicity of the 317 is a real asset but I felt the factory trigger was horrible for a $650. pistol.
It is no longer a problem n was a simply fix. Just remember shoot until the threat has ceased to be a threat.
My wife will not even think of trading her 317.
Hers is 2”. (There is a 3” but no 4”)
Reduced power main & rebound springs made a world of difference. Easy and cheap by any gunsmith.
Good site! Many Thanks
