Beretta Nano Usage & Features

Primary Use:

Concealed Carry

Are you right handed or left handed?

Right

What features does this gun have that appealed to you?

No snag design. Sleek. Fits well in my hand. Easy to clean. No safety except on the trigger and it has a very long trigger pull. Good gun for all types of concealment including purse or holster.

Tell us about shooting this gun:

Trigger is extremely long and tight which I like in a concealed carry firearm. I love the sights and gun was accurate out of the case.

How does it fit your hand, how do you like the sights, how difficult is it to rack the slide, how would you describe the trigger pull, and how would you describe the recoil?

Fits perfect in my hand. The trigger pull is very long and tight but there is no safety so it was made to be this way. This gun is not going to fire unless you intend it to. I like the 3 dot sights. I have no difficulty racking the slide. Gun is easy to disassemble and clean. I also have crimson trace laser as an added bonus. This is my everyday carry gun.

How reliable is it?

Very reliable and accurate. I have never had a misfire or malfunction and have shot 1000’s of round through it.

Any problems with any type of ammunition?

I have only used the 124 grain that is recommended.

Does this gun have any specific ammunition requirements? If so, please explain:

Yes. 124 grain.

What do you dislike about shooting this gun, if anything?

I don’t have any dislikes.

Was it easy to take down and clean?

Extremely easy to clean.

Would you recommend this gun?

Yes

For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?

Trigger pull is very long, it takes a bit to get use to. But it is an excellent choice for concealment with it being snag proof and no safety.

Anything else you would like to share about the gun?

I love this gun.

I went into the navy at 19 way back in 1990. I had never shot a pistol b 4 until I was issued my m9. I had shot plenty of rifles n shotguns so I had a good idea how to handle a gun. I did 2 tours in Iraq/middle east. I know a lot of fellow seabees n Marines that just complained about there side arms constantly. But I can honestly say all the times I fired my Beretta which had to be in the 1000’s I never had a misfire n jammed on me only once I can remember. Since ending my military career I’ve tried other pistols Glocks, sigs, S&W and Springfield. But I always came back to My Beretta. I know everyone’s hands n styles are different but for me the Beretta 92 is still my go to gun.
