Are you right or left handed?

Right Handed

What features does this gun have that appealed to you?

Ammunition versatility: you can protect yourself from everything from snakes to bears. You have everything from bird shot to hard core jacketed star hollow points with a lot of oomph behind it. Ammunition good for self defense, home defense, and hunting.

This firearm does NOT go “pew pew”, “pow”, “crack”, or “pop”, it does an impressive head turning and intimidating “BOOM”!!!!!

The weapon comes with a key. The key looks like a little handcuff key. This key can LOCK and unlock the weapon. Locking it will make it impossible to be able to fire the weapon intentionally or accidentally until it is unlocked again. Locking this weapon in this manner makes this weapon completely safe around children or other unauthorized persons.

Ammo capacity and reload: 6 rounds, you make them count. Having a Glock with 17 rounds doesn’t mean anything when you spray & pray. Rattling off rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger may send a lot of lead down range, but it means nothing if those rounds are going everywhere EXCEPT your target. 6 round capacity forces you to take actual aim.

HOWEVER,

IF you are not the best shot, you CAN be running with the .410 giving you some aiming leeway, AND with moon clips & speed loaders and a single 20 minute practice session, you can end up easily able to reload as fast, or even faster than someone slapping in a magazine in a semi-auto.

My model has the built I laser sight. I normally don’t have it turned on, but it’s GREAT when you are in low light conditions, such as at night when there is an intruder in/on your property, or out in the wild with the potential of animal attack.

Tell us about shooting this gun.

The gun is heavy, but that makes one very steady when aiming. The action is smooth and reliable, you KNOW when the hammer is going to drop. It’s easy to get your sight picture while looking down the barrel through those sights.

The accuracy is amazing, you can split pencil thick twigs at 20 yards, and saucers well beyond average pistol range.

The BOOM of the weapon is very satisfying, as is the power of the rounds it fires. You smile with every trigger squeeze.

And you have great peace of mind knowing that you are carrying a reliable and flexible self-defense tool.

How would you describe the recoil, is it manageable?

If you don’t fight it, it’s just fine. You ride the recoil and come right back on target. Guns have recoil, that barrel is going to move no matter what caliber you use. With this weapon you have no illusions of snapping off rounds as fast as you can pull a trigger. Time is everything, but it goes both ways. When you are forced to take more time, your aim improves, and you make every shot count, every shot hits your target.

How does it fit your hand, are the controls of this gun easy to use? (Safeties, slide pull, magazine release, trigger pull, etc.)

The grips are comfortable. Solid & firm, but at the same time squishy enough to get a good and comfy grip. Squishy enough to help make recoil comfy, but also easy to keep a great and solid grip. Also, the grips are long enough, to allow your WHOLE hand with ALL fingers to maintain contact on the grips, no running out of room leaving your pinky hanging UNDER the grips, OFF of the bottom of the grips.

Do you like the sights on this gun?

Tritium sights for dark conditions. And the sights are well defined, easy to see through, easy to align up properly on your target.

How reliable is it?

No misfires, no jamming in any way. Cylinder opens and closes easily and smoothly and rotates smoothly. Hammer action is also smooth, and solid. Trigger pull is consistent. Overall the weapon I incredibility reliable.

Any problems with any type of ammunition?

None.

Was it easy to take down and clean?

It’s a revolver, cleaning is a breeze.

Is there anything you dislike about shooting this gun?

No.

For someone considering this gun, what would you tell them?

Respect but do not fear this weapon, or it recoil. Ride the recoil and don’t fight it, and it won’t bother you.

Would you recommend this gun? If no, do you have a preferred gun?

Ooohhhh yeeaahhhhh!
