2017 TWAW Shooting Chapters National Leadership Conference

Get ready, the 2017 TWAW Shooting Chapters National Leadership Conference is coming to gorgeous Provo, Utah  Sept. 29-Oct. 1st, 2017! The fun and opportunities start Sept. 27th with 5 pre-conference instructor level certification courses. Thursday our leaders spend the day being spoiled with training provided by our sponsors at the all day Range Day, held at the Thistle Range. A BIG thank you to Freedom Munitions for the very generous donation of all of the ammo for this incredible day on the range. Official conference activities start Thursday evening at the gorgeous Provo Marriott in downtown Provo.  400 Chapter leaders and TWAW Certified Instructors from coast to coast will travel to Provo for three full days of training, seminars and for the chance to meet and network with their sister chapter leaders and instructors.

This will be a jammed packed weekend with a full line up of seminars and special evening events to honor and inspire our dedicated volunteer chapter leaders. TWAW Shooting Chapters is a non-profit , 501(c) 3 organization with currently over 350 chapters in 49 states. We are on the front lines, meeting, networking and empowering thousands of American women shooters.

Special guests, speakers and trainers currently include:

Julie Golob National & world shooting champion, author, veteran, doting mom, photo snapper, cooker of wild game & avid outdoors woman.

Kimberly Corbin  is a rape survivor and national spokeswoman for gun rights

Lt. Col. Dave Grossman is a director of Sheepdog Seminars Group International. He is also a director of Warrior Science Group, owner of www.killology.com, member of American Board for Certification in Homeland Security and a member of American College of Forensic Examiners. Lt. Col. Grossman is an internationally recognized scholar, author, soldier and speaker who is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime.
